The Old Operating Theatre Museum & Herb Garret is a medical museum located in the attic of an eighteenth-century church, once a part of the old St Thomas’ Hospital. It is governed by the Lord Brock Trust, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered charity number 1155078. There are nine trustees and a further team of nine part-time employees. The Museum is open 6.5 days per week, 360 days per year, receiving around 40,000 visitors.
To help ensure we provide an excellent service to our visitors, we are now looking to expand our volunteer team to support the delivery of our offer.
