Disabled access to the Museum is limited. The Museum is in the attic space of a 300 year old church and entrance is via a 52-steps narrow spiral staircase. If you suffer from any condition for which you would need additional help going up the stairs or using our facilities, please contact the museum prior to your visit to arrange for assistance. The museum staff is always happy to support our visitors in any way that they can. Access to a lift has been awarded and will be in operation soon. We do request that visitors who cannot take on the stairs due to serious mobility issues contact the museum before their visit to arrange for access to the lift. Be advised that we might not be able to accommodate people on the day without prior arrangement. In addition, there are braille guides to the museum and an induction loop is available for talks. For further details on access, please contact the Museum at 020 7188 2679 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
