The Museum is located on St Thomas Street between Borough Market and the Shard. Look for a redbrick building with white dressed stone on the edges, a squared tower and a small courtyard.

There is a 52-step spiral staircase and you will reach the museum through the shop. 

There are many ways to reach the Old Operating Theatre Museum & Herb Garret by either using public transportation, coaches, car, or bicycle.
